Using CouponVerity

CouponVerity provides coupon, deal, Store, Category and shopping-guide information for general informational use. You are responsible for checking the merchant’s current terms and the final checkout total before you buy.

Coupon and deal availability

Offers can expire, change, be limited to certain accounts or regions, exclude products or require a minimum purchase. CouponVerity does not guarantee that a listed code or deal will apply to your order.

Verification claims

We do not state that an offer has been tested or verified unless the page shows a real result backed by stored evidence (see How We Verify Coupons). A missing result is not a claim that the offer works or fails.

AI-assisted features

Verity AI and other AI-assisted features can be wrong. Treat their output as a starting point and confirm important details with the merchant.

Third-party websites

Merchant websites are owned and operated by third parties. Their prices, inventory, checkout, returns, privacy practices and terms are outside our control. A link to a merchant does not make CouponVerity the seller of its products or services.

We may earn a commission from qualifying activity through some links. This does not change the price you pay or the evidence required for a verification claim. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Content and acceptable use

You may use the public site for ordinary browsing and shopping research. We may restrict automated access that disrupts the service, attempts to bypass access controls, or republishes substantial parts of the site without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, CouponVerity is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a coupon, deal or other information on the site. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may update the site and these Terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the then-current Terms.
