Overview

CouponVerity is a public coupon and shopping-information website. You can browse public Store, Category, Offer, Saving Guide and Daily Games pages without creating a public CouponVerity account.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting and WordPress environment may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, request time, requested URL and server logs. Security, performance or analytics tools may also process usage information when they are enabled on the site.

Cookies and local game progress

WordPress, security tools, analytics tools or other enabled site services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences or measurement. CouponVerity Daily Games may also keep play progress, streaks or similar game state locally in your browser. Browser settings can be used to manage local storage and cookies, although blocking essential storage can affect site functionality.

Contact and brand submissions

If you use CouponVerity’s Contact or For Brands forms, the information you choose to submit can include your name, email address, brand or Store name, official website, relationship to the brand, request type and message. CouponVerity uses that information to answer the request, review corrections, evaluate Store or Offer information and follow up when needed. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, credentials or private customer information.

Ask Verity AI

If you use an on-site AI assistance feature, the text you submit must be processed by the systems and providers configured to deliver that feature. Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat.

Affiliate and merchant links

Some CouponVerity links are affiliate links. When you follow a link to a merchant or another third-party website, that site operates under its own privacy practices. CouponVerity does not control the merchant’s checkout, account or payment systems.

Verity AI

CouponVerity may store conversations with Verity AI for up to 90 days to provide the service, prevent abuse, analyze common questions, and improve our recommendations and verification experience.

Some queries may be processed by third-party AI service providers when our automated rules and existing CouponVerity data are not sufficient to provide a useful response.

CouponVerity does not treat an AI response alone as evidence that a coupon, deal, or offer is verified. Verification status is based on CouponVerity’s verification rules and supporting evidence.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, financial credentials, or other sensitive personal information through Verity AI.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as CouponVerity adds analytics, feedback tools, accounts, email marketing or other services. The date above will be changed when the published policy is materially updated.
